LCHS Celebrates the Teacher and Support Staff of the Month

This month, Lewis Central High School is proud to recognize two exceptional members of our Titan family who reflect dedication, compassion, and service in all they do. Congratulations to our October Teacher of the Month, Kelli Hall, and our October Support Staff Member of the Month, Davianna Berry!
Teacher of the Month - Kelli Hall
Special education teacher
Kelli Hall leads with heart, purpose, and unwavering commitment to students. Her colleagues describe her as someone who always puts students first—often giving up her lunch or planning time to ensure her students feel supported, understood, and cared for. She is consistently the first to volunteer when a need arises and goes above and beyond to support staff, students, and programs across the building.
Kelli dedicates her personal time to the annual band fundraiser, helping bring in nearly $20,000 this year alone, and she helps organize meals for teachers during conferences so everyone can make the most of their limited break time.
Her colleagues shared that she quietly provides food to students who miss meals and clothing to those in need—no questions asked. Her door is always open, and her impact stretches far beyond the classroom. Even students she does not directly serve know they will find kindness, support, and advocacy when they walk into her room.
Support Staff of the Month - Davianna Berry
Custodian
This month we also celebrate custodian Davianna Berry, whose positivity and pride in her work make a visible difference every single day. Davianna is known for keeping our spaces clean, organized, and welcoming, but her contributions don’t stop there.
She is also the creative mind behind beautifully designed bulletin boards throughout the building—adding color, spirit, and school pride to our hallways. Beyond her daily responsibilities, Davianna invests in the relationships she builds with staff and students, helping strengthen the sense of community that makes LCHS feel like home.
Her coworkers describe her as someone who goes above and beyond—and does so with warmth, dedication, and genuine care.
