LCMS 8th Grade Jazz Band Takes 1st Place at Lewis & Clark Jazz Fest

LCMS's 8th Grade Jazz Band concluded its season with a top-tier performance at the Lewis & Clark Jazz Fest in Sioux City.
Following months of technical preparation and rehearsal, the band delivered its strongest performance of the year, resulting in a first-place finish in their division! Brayden Binau also earned the Outstanding Soloist award.
This final performance showcased the significant growth the students have achieved since the beginning of the year. The 8th-grade musicians demonstrated a high level of dedication, successfully navigating complex charts and "leaving it all out there" during their performance.
