Students must earn a certain number of credits from a combination of required and elective courses in order to graduate from Lewis Central High School.
- Class of 2026: 52 credits required
- Class of 2027: 50 credits required
- Class of 2028: 49 credits required
- Class of 2029 and beyond: 49 credits required
